Incumbent will develop a strong working relationship with thethird party vendor within a defined work stream to ensure all productrequirements are met and maintained. The incumbent will report directly to theOperations Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for oversight on allproduct related processes, inventory control, end to end process flows anddaily reports. The incumbent will define and track ongoing SLAs andresearch/resolve any identified production issues within applicable timeframes.They will establish governance and controls meetings to review ongoingprocesses and incidents. They will interact with the vendor and variousinternal business partners in support of all systems upgrades and new productenhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage all components of the projectimplementation life cycle

  • Define the team training requirements, conducttesting, design operational and financial controls and prepare the operationsteam for the product launch

  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly process control measurementreports to management

  • Delegate work to staff as required

  • Research/resolve escalated production issueswithin established SLAs

  • Support systems enhancements, related projectsand new product testing/implementation

  • Work with the business team, IT, fraud and thevendor to design and implement new products

  • Insure the completion of all daily cardprocessing requirements related to commercial card product

  • Liaise with third party vendors, businesspartners, internal compliance, audit and legal teams in all matters related tothe commercial card operational support

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in related finance orbanking operations

  • Experience in vendor management, oversight andMIS administration preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively under extremedeadlines and across multiple business units with all levels of management

  • Ability to work independently along with strongorganizational and presentation skills

  • Extensive MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)experience required

  • Must be willing to travel to vendor sites,conferences, seminars and training opportunities as needed

  • Must understand compliance rules, applicable lawsand regulations

  • Must understand contract SLA terms and conditionsalong with escalation procedures
