The Director, Cash Management Sales is accountable for establishing the strategy and tactics required to achieve the cash management revenue goals for the Business Banking Segment. Managerial responsibilities encompass directing the Business Banking Cash Management sales group assigned to provide coverage to the Business Banking Segment.
Leads major projects as assigned by Segment Director, i.e. revenue collection, pricing, etc
Product Development Support: Provides competitive information and market requirements to product managers and participates in critical decisions relating to product design and resource allocations.
Sales/Client Management: Participates in complex sales situations and provides senior calling support to highly-valued clients.
Strategy and Planning: Formulates strategy and tactics for achieving new sales goals and maintaining the current revenue base.
Sales Management: Leads and managers sales of Business Banking Cash Management Sales Officers located throughout the Santander footprint.
MBA preferred, Bachelors required.
10+ years management experience; must have a strong mix of product management and sales force management.
At Least 10 Years Specialized Knowledge in Cash Management Services
Demonstrated Business Banking sales management experience.
Demonstrated ability to interact skillfully at all levels within a corporate structure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive experience with business development.
PC proficiency of software applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong planning and financial skills.
