The Technology Team supports the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all banking systems. The Business System Analyst will support the area managers within Home Loans IT for all existing technical workstreams in both BAU and transformational activities. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise to provide the most appropriate solutions for all business needs.


  • Develop presentations, dashboards, reports, and other team project communications and documentation

  • Supports in managing business expectations, conducting project milestone reviews, managing process performance, conducting continuous improvement and causal analysis activities with business area

  • Provide technical insight and expertise towards all home loans applications

  • Execute workstreams and processes on projects

  • and strategic initiatives in a timely, efficient, and per business line objectives

  • Defines technical requirements together with business. Reviews and validates any changes in the requirements with architecture




  • 5+ relevant years of work experience.


  • Degrees in Information Systems, or similar preferred


  • Ability to work effectively with other team members across the Bank

  • Adaptable to a changing environment, able to work well under pressure, and to effectively communicate with management

  • Comfort working alongside senior managers

  • Possess a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen to partner with the business and guide development to conceptualize, design and deliver innovative solutions

  • Analytical skills; ability to gather and analyze complex technical and operational data

  • Basic programming skills (SQL, VBA, HOST, etc)

  • Experience in data visualization tools a plus, but not required

  • Familiarity with tools of the Microsoft Suite (Project, Visio, etc)

  • Experience with and understanding of development processes and project methodologies, (e.g., SDLC, DMAIC, CMM, Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, ITIL, SCRUM, etc,)
