Human Resources Technical HRIS Analyst:

Santander Bank North America has recently replaced its PeopleSoft HCM system with Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS. We have built a team to support, enhance and expand the usage of Oracle Fusion, Oracle Taleo and other HR systems. This is a great opportunity to utilize your existing Oracle skills and learn the latest Cloud technologies!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as hands-on techno-functional systems analyst for Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo SaaS systems, as well as other HR systems

  • Design, develop, schedule, distribute, support and troubleshoot Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) reports

  • Design, develop, schedule, support and troubleshoot interfaces using Taleo Client Connect (TCC), SOA CS, HCM Extract Tool, OBI and HCM Data Loader (HDL)

  • Perform daily monitoring of interface processes, review logs, run audit reports, resolve data issues

  • Design, develop and support personalizations made through the standard framework

  • Design, develop, support and troubleshoot Fast Formulas

  • Work with Oracle Support, implementation partners, external interface vendors (e.g. ADP) and internal teams

  • Write and execute Test Scripts

  • Perform analysis and otherwise assist with upgrade processes

  • Provide Tier 2 support. Respond to issues reported via phone, email and/or ticketing system. Work directly with internal clients.

  • Perform miscellaneous Fusion and Taleo configurations such as Descriptive Flexfields, Value Sets, etc.

  • Create Functional and Technical Design Documents

  • Adhere to SOX and other controls

  • Troubleshoot workflows and design approval rules

  • Perform data loads and mass updates

  • Administer Taleo and Fusion application security including role development and assignment

  • Support Single Sign On, coordinate with internal Technical teams and Oracle to resolve issues

  • Potentially contribute to training materials and/or sessions

Qualifications

  • Technical experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite or Fusion Applications (particularly HCM)

  • Ability to quickly learn Fusion/Taleo technologies and Santander business processes

  • Understanding of PL/SQL in order to create and support Fast Formulas

  • Experience developing and supporting interfaces using ETL tools such as Informatica, HCM Data Extract, TCC

  • Practical SQL skills for supporting and extending integration tools and reporting solutions

  • Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, OBIEE, Oracle*Reports, Cognos ReportNet or Brio

  • Experience configuring and /or troubleshooting workflows and/or approval rules

  • Experience with SQL*Loader, HCM Data Loader and/or Web ADI

  • Experience creating EBS personalizations or using Fusion extensibility framework

  • Understanding of full SDLC

  • Exposure to Oracle Identity Access Manager (IAM) and SOA CS and/or experience with Taleo are a plus
