The Technology Team supports the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all banking systems. This team has the expertise and commitment to develop high-quality solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced and complex operating environment.

Responsibilities:

  • The Fraud Delivery Manager is responsible for performing senior professional level business systems analysis and project management activities, which include planning, designing, implementing and maintaining business applications and IT systems

  • Determines business requirements, conducts process analysis and prioritization

  • The Fraud Delivery Manager carries out the system support activities and oversight for Fraud Risk

  • Assures technical support problem resolution related to Fraud Risk software systems through cooperative relationship with technical support services

  • Performs system administration activities, which includes coordinating and managing the purchasing, installation of software and related application software upgrades

  • Manages the IT aspects of projects and participates on project teams responsible for application software implementation and upgrades; determines project scope and staff resources required to complete projects; prepares project work plans and timelines. Monitors project milestones and reports project progress to management

  • Works closely with technical staff, vendors, and the business to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

  • Participates in a variety of meetings, groups, and committees to communicate and confer about analysis of existing procedures and systems, determine costs and benefit and complexities of new systems and projects, prepare for testing, discuss the roll-out of new projects and software upgrades, and discuss other applicable issues

  • Creates and maintains standards, procedures, and documentation related to area of responsibility

  • Participate in audits, vendor management and disaster recovery, ensuring a compliant, secure processing environment that protects the integrity and availability of information

  • Assesses business requirements; analyzes structure and flow of work and data that support needs; evaluates possible solutions and implements or recommends solutions that satisfy the business requirements

  • Oversees system changes and access to systems and information utilizing approved information technology security policies, standards and guidelines

  • Required to supervise technical and support staff; participates in hiring, evaluating, training, disciplining, and recommending discharge staff as necessary

  • Effectively communicates with all levels of the organization to ensure project success and user needs are identified and met

  • May need to make presentations to a wide-variety of audiences across the bank

  • Participates in recommending budget items, prepares project plans and budgets, implements and allocates resources following budget approval

  • Define testing and development environment suitable for testing and evaluation of new technologies

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus

  • At least five years in IT management role with expertise managing IT systems

  • Specialized Knowledge: Banking and technology standards (e.g., infrastructure, architecture, processes, applications

  • System development life cycle (SDLC)

  • FFIEC standards

  • Project management methodology (PMLC)

  • Retail / Commercial banking, transaction banking, commercial lending and payment systems

  • Specifically, this role requires knowledge of online banking for corporate / commercial and retail customers
