The Technology Team supports the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all banking systems. This team has the expertise and commitment to develop high-quality solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced and complex operating environment.

Responsibilities

  • Within the Technology Implementation organization, this role provides project delivery tracking and reporting functions (status and financial),

  • Participating in IT and systems related meetings and discussions with objectives toward ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.

  • The role is also responsible for interfacing with internal and vendor technical and business groups to ensure project dates are aligned. Ability to analyze technology related information to create accurate, meaningful, and timely reporting is critical to the role. (financials, risks, system/application monitoring and alerting)

  • Assist with internal and vendor technology SLA tracking/development and issue resolution as needed,

  • Analyze data and ensure accuracy and completeness of summary and detail data reporting (system volumes, billing units, etc.) Assist with volume projections,

  • Assist in creating and updating implementation and maintenance plans and road maps

  • Assist with other projects that support the technical agenda of the organization (specifically information security maintenance and projects)

  • Communicate and collaborate with business and technology teams necessary and report on actions. Participate in discussions regarding the technology efficiency and cost effectiveness of various designs/solutions

  • Communicate timing of ongoing system changes and large implementations to ensure proper coordination,

  • Organize tracking of key projects/programs and assist with other maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Technology- or related field.

  • Five years’ experience in technology implementations/platform and application support and delivery of projects, technical project management, systems engineering, technical quality assurance, or related field.

  • Project management experience helpful, but not required

Experience

  • At least 7 years’ experience in a technology organization

  • Able to understand trends in data and present data in a meaningful fashion,

  • Excellent data presentation skills (summary and detail) required,

  • Experienced in project management concepts/methodology

  • Exposure to technology vendor contracts, and particularly SLA negotiation/tracking helpful,

  • High-level knowledge of broad technical concepts in areas such as networking, data element processing, security, applications, databases, etc. required,

  • Possesses high-level understanding of a broad range of technical concepts related to system engineering, applications and deployments
