- The Technology Team supports the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all banking systems. This team has the expertise and commitment to develop high-quality solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced and complex operating environment.

- The Operations Team supports the processing for all the bank’s transaction channels. Each day, this team excels when faced with opportunities and challenges to make a meaningful, error-free difference for our customers.

Santander Consumer Loan Operations is seeking high-energy call center professionals to service customers and bankers in the growing Consumer Lending division.This banker is responsible for answering both incoming calls and e-mails from our customers and branches, providing accurate and thorough replies on the application process. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport with bankers and customers and help drive the fulfillment of loan requests.

  • Participate in our new hire training and development, be involved in the more advanced special projects available to our team, and step in for supervisors temporarily during meetings.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and sufficient related experience.

  • PCknowledge with comfort working in a Windows environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

  • Commitment to providing World Class Customer Service to our customers and bank partners.

  • Must adapt easily to change.

  • Must have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement as opportunities arise.

  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours during peak volume times preferred.
