The Specialist, Talent Acquisition- Recruiting Services Assistant is involved in many aspects the hiring process including coordinating interview days, career fairs and Human Resources events. S/he is responsible for assisting recruiters, candidates, and operations team throughout the recruiting and hiring process including scheduling interviews, crafting offer letters, and managing new employee onboarding. This role will have an emphasis on executing and ensuring quality of administrative services provided to the organization and quality of the resumes, ATS data and filing.
·Answers client inquiries in a timely manner with the assistance of direct supervisor.,
·Assures required new hire paperwork is accurate and sent to File Administration.,
·Develops strong working relationships with recruiters and managers.
·Enters requisitions and post jobs internally and externally as requested; keeps accurate and complete requisitions file.
·Generates offer letters.
·Generates reference checks.
·Orders supplies, generates reports as needed and retrieves data utilizing HCM system.
·Proactively identifies any challenges during recruitment run and offers potential solutions to clients.
·Provides clear communication regarding recruitment status and results to site clients on an ongoing basis.
· ,Tracks and assures background requirements are met before start.
[EDUCATION] Associate's Degree in HR, business, or related field.,or equivalent work experience [WORK EXPERIENCE] Minimum 0-3 years in HR. [SKILLS AND ABILITIES] A demonstrated level of confidentiality and professionalism,Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality,Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment,Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously,Ability to work with diverse range of personalities and express their thoughts concisely/professionally,Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the MS Office suite, in particular, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,Demonstrated use of analytical skills ? both using tools (ex.
