Identity and Access Management group of Santander establishes the strategic direction for the enterprise, and ensure cohesiveness & strategic alignment of all business line access management initiatives. Oversight and management of standards, policies, processes and tools related to user access to information resources and management of logical access risks. Provide key management support to Santander systems by constructing and analyzing protocols that maintain information security and system availability.

Responsibilities:

Application Support :

  • Verify and aggregate new application files into Identity Management System.

  • Configure SailPoint system for any required changes in application attribute or schema

  • Back up and log old and new feeds after verification

  • Use SAN-IAM system in order to assist with access request and work item related inquiries

  • Manage identity correlation

  • Troubleshoot Identity Management tools (e.g. SailPoint, CyberArk, Varonis, PING)

  • The Employee is responsible for supporting delivery and support of high quality Identity and Access

  • Management services.

  • Acquire, clean, and structure data from multiple sources, including CSV and internal databases

  • Analyze data to discover and interpret trends, patterns, and relationships

  • Work with data owners and enforce process on data collection and management

  • Work cross-functionally to establish instrumentation and reporting standards

  • Review data quality and provide guidance and controls to upstream data providers and sources

  • Perform ad hoc data requests Reporting:

  • Provide weekly reports to various other teams (BA, QA, DB)

  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate actionable data in Excel

  • Create Daily reports on remediation/certification status via email

  • Create weekly reports on terminated user status

  • Update Daily report for high level remediation status

  • Update Daily report for Support ticket status

  • Update Daily report on application feed status

  • Update Daily report on detailed remediation/certification status

  • Update Weekly the reports giving data analysis on feeds and connection status over time

Technical:

  • Assist dev team with ad-hoc tasks, as required

  • Assist db/reporting team with ad-hoc tasks, as required

  • Update and maintain the Support Management Tool

  • Create automated processes for auxiliary Identity Management System functions

  • Automate reporting for other teams

  • Create scripts for automated file conversion and manipulation

  • Create programs to interact with Sharepoint and DEV environments

  • Write scripts that are able to be run on DEV environments

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree with commensurate experience

  • Ability to dissect requirements into usable test cases and test plan that covers new functionality, while keeping an eye on all other aspects that ensure full testing coverage

  • Software testing experience in a web hosted environment, ideally SaaS

  • Experience with all common browsers and ability to leverage them for debugging, tracing and detailed analysis

  • Experience with documentation of policies and procedures

  • Previous reporting experience required

  • Experience with ticketing system; ServiceDesk, Remedy, etc.

  • Proficient in SQL

  • Prior experience in Sailpoint, Varonis, Ping or other IAM application is a plus.

  • Financial industry experience a bonus

  • CISSP is plus
