As a member of Santander’s retail banking division you’ll help serve Santander’s retail and small business customers as part of one of the top banks in the United States based on deposits. With principal presence in the northeast U.S., Santander’s retail division offers consumer and lending products to help our customers reach their financial goals.   • Serve as the sales analytics/reporting resource for one or more assigned districts within market

  • Effectively utilize/distribute reporting provided by the Regions Executive Assistant including, but not limited to, WAP Stack Rankings and Scorecards

  • Provide District Executives and Branch Managers with existing Network reporting that is required to effectively lead the district/branch such as call list assignments, Gryphon results, fee retention, and new deposit results

  • Coordinate and take notes for various conference calls related to sales activity, including, but not limited to, update calls with platform team members, Call Nights, daily de-briefs, and joint calls with applicable business partners

  • Provide support for sales activities for one or more assigned districts including, but not limited to, distributing E-mails related to weekly goals, reminders, and follow up

  • Participate in Quarterly branch visits in conjunction with Region Sales Director

  • Ensure all customer inquiries are handled timely and professionally and all MIRO cases are resolved within Network expected timeframe

  • Escalate issues to District Executives as appropriate and utilize MIRO to review and help resolve escalated issues

  • Prepares and edits complex correspondence to internal and external contacts and stays current with all correspondences

  • Monitor and execute follow up to ensure that district team members achieve 100% completion of all required Santander training, including compliance training

  • Manage the Safe Act Assessment and NMLS certification process to ensure that 100% of the sales team is certified at all times

  • Schedule and monitor attendance of team members for other required classroom training

  • Ensure all district references are maintained and up to date including, but not limited to branch listings and rosters

  • Assist with managing District Executives calendars including, but not limited to, schedule weekly branch visits, handle travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports

  • Coordinate on-boarding process for all new hires

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role; experience within banking and/or financial services a plus

  • MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and video-conferencing

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and build strong relationships

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • General knowledge of Santander culture, policies, procedures, and processes

  • Strong business acumen; knowledge of bank products and intra-related operations systems

  • Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Office to include Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
