[POSITION SUMMARY] POSITION SUMMARY: The MF Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) may have direct client responsibility but predominantly provides support to a broker driven sales strategy with a concentration in Multi Family term lending. The incumbent assists as liaison between the Relationship Management Team, Broker, Internal Partners, Vendors, and the client. The ARM proactively supports the Relationship Management Team in all existing and new client acquisition activities, helping resolve complex issues. The ARM assists in the coordination of the credit approval process for loans or the sales process for non-credit sales, complying with internal policies and procedures. The ARM services and enhances the existing customer experience by using independent judgment in meeting the various needs of the client. Actively consults with, and follows up with, the onboarding of all new clients. Monitors key risk indicators within the portfolio of clients including; past dues, changes to the clients risk profile, or service issues, and informs the Relationship Management Team. This position is also responsible for gathering financial and other information in conjunction with the Relationship Management Team to formulate strategies to generate revenue via credit and non-credit products. [POSITION DUTIES] ? Consult with customers in all aspects of servicing the portfolio, takes appropriate action to manage and retain the portfolio. May support an RM team or utilize independent judgment to resolve service issues. 15%,credit proposals, outlining transaction terms and structures. 10%,closing documentation and follow up. 15%,? Proactively develops with the Relationship Management Team (RM) the sourcing and prospecting of existing or new clients through direct calling, referrals, centers of influence, or intermediaries. 20%,closing internal sales reporting and compliance reporting. Provides support in meeting all compliance due diligence including KYC in support of RM's. 10%,credit, insuring the customer receives timely responses. May initiate contact directly with clients or vendors to obtain and provide information to internal teams to assist the RM team in the origination and underwriting process. Examples include; financial statements, credit references, credit reports, appraisal, environmental, engineering or architectural reports. Prepares RORAC and cross sell business plan with the RM's input. ,sell products or services for existing and new clients. 10%
