Santander Bank has an opening for an HR Reporting Analyst to join the HR Planning and Administration team. This position will be responsible for budget and vendor management for HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the HR process for budget and vendor approval requests to ensure budget availability; submits all required vendor onboarding and maintenance documents; coordinates with Procurement, Contracts and Legal Areas; and remains compliant with all vendor and risk systems.

  • Collaborates with CFO team for the Strategic Planning Cycle, the yearly HR Budget Build, and the creation of monthly HR variance analysis for HR expenses.

  • Provides HR support for reviews of Reg W personnel expense requests, US/Hold Co Cost Allocations submissions, HR Resolution Planning, and other projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

  • 5-7 years’ experience in a US financial institution

  • Highly proficient in MS Excel

  • Ability to influence decisions by creating clear and detailed analysis of risks or expenses

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels in HR and across teams in the Company (finance, risk, legal, etc.)

  • Skilled in financial analysis
